Maple sorghum

As compared to processed sugar that grants no nutrients at all, maple syrup is one of the natural sweeteners that includes primary antioxidants and minerals like manganese and zinc. Although refined sugar and maple syrup have few things in general, there is more favorable logic to prefer maple syrup between the two.

Refined sugar contains least antioxidant activity, but maple syrup has a higher antioxidant capacity.

Coconut sugar
